Aspiring Principals Complete Intensive Summer Experience

On Friday, August 9, the seventh cohort of the Aspiring High School Principals Program in partnership with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools closed out their intensive five-week summer experience at Mallard Creek High School. UNC Charlotte Educational Leadership faculty, Drs. Debra Morris, Jim Watson, and Rebecca Shore led the five-week, full-time experience that uses a simulated environment to learn the work of school leaders. Dr. Morris shared, “I am so hopeful knowing our students are teachers will have such amazing leaders working alongside them.”
